The Pulse Group, in association with Manask & Associates, conducted a custom market research study to measure visitor interest and usage of existing retail and proposed new retail concessions at the National Mall including. With an estimated 24 million visitors per year, the National Mall is referred to as “America’s Front Yard” and is in need of improvements and restoration plans that can be sustainable for the years to come. Our work entailed designing and implementing a comprehensive research program that would be scrutinized by Congress among approximately 800 visitors over a two-week period.
