About This Project

The Pulse Group completed a benchmark customer satisfaction study on behalf of the Portland Development Commission (PDC). Our work entailed development and testing of both telephone and online survey instruments focused to provide PDC with detailed feedback upon which they can make operational, service and marketing adjustments.  Our work entailed surveying homeowners, businesses and community groups to assess their satisfaction in obtaining PDC loans and grants. We conducted, analyzed and reported on detailed findings from approximately 200 telephone and online surveys. A strength Pulse professionals contributed to this project is a comprehensive and detailed survey instrument as well as stringent data collection.
