About This Project

In 2020, The Pulse Group developed the strategic plan for Montgomery College’s hospitality program. Our work included conducting extensive internal and external stakeholder research (125 interviews with administration, faculty, students, alumni and industry partners), performing a market and hospitality industry scan to inform program and facility recommendations, analyzing competitive best practices and benchmarking research of other local and national hospitality programs.
