Pulse Group professionals, in association with Manask & Associates, were retained by the Monterey Bay Aquarium (MBA) to assist in their planning for a complete renovation of its food service operations. Specifically, The Pulse Group developed a comprehensive research programed among MBA constituents (members, donors, trustees, visitors, event planners, etc.) to identify the set of attributes of a dining experience that would best enhance guest satisfaction and exceed guest expectations in future food service operations. The research entailed a multi-method approach including onsite intercepts, online and in-depth personal interviews.
