KB Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, was interested in assessing its brand image and customer satisfaction in 32 markets across the United States including mature markets (KB home in market area 10+ years), semi-established markets (5-9 years) and new markets (4 or less years). Specifically, KB Homes identified 32 markets where it wanted a scientifically representative sample of consumers who lived within a defined radius of a specific KB Home project. To accomplish these objectives, Pulse Group professionals developed a detailed sampling plan for each of the 32 markets and conducted an online study which included completion of approximately 2,200 surveys. Pulse professionals were responsible for questionnaire development, sampling methods, questionnaire testing, online programming, data analysis and reporting.
