The Pulse Group was retained by JABRA Corporation to assist them in developing detailed customer profiles of three consumer segments – current JABRA customers, consumers who own and use hands-free devices for their cellular phone and consumers who own and use cellular phones, but who do not currently own/use a hands-free device. Included in the profiles were needs, usage and preference relative to cellular phones and hands-free devices. Upon completion of the customer profile study, we were retained to conducted qualitative research among hands-free device users as well as cellular phone/accessory sales personnel relative to 15 new product designs (overall look, functionality, pricing, etc.).
