Pulse Group professionals were retained by the owners of the Hard Rock Cafe, Las Vegas, Nevada, to assist in predevelopment planning for a 300-room casino/hotel. As part of our work we conducted intercept interviews with visitors to Las Vegas to test the proposed 60’s music oriented theme of the proposed casino and the strength of Hard Rock’s brand name. The results of our work were utilized to estimate average daily rate and occupancy levels for the proposed casino/hotel and provide insights into the specific target markets.
Brand Testing
