About This Project

Pulse Group professionals were retained by AWWA to assist them in assessing the attitudes and usage of their Web site among members. Specifically, the study was conducted among non-users, infrequent and frequent Web site users. Two different data collection methods were used to obtain feedback including telephone and online. Telephone interviews were conducted to obtain feedback among non- and infrequent-users and an online survey was used to capture input from frequent users. The information collected is being used to develop a more effective e-commerce site as well as position as the premier water resource(s) WEB site.
